Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your Fightlab purchase. If you change your mind, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is eligible and meets the conditions below.
Eligible returns
Items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in resalable condition
- Returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories
- Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase
We may refuse a return if the item has been used, damaged, altered, washed, or returned without its original packaging.
Mouthguards and hygiene-sensitive products
Custom-made or personalised mouthguards, including the Custom Mouthguard 4k, cannot be returned for a change of mind.
Standard mouthguards can only be returned if they are unused and remain in their original packaging. Mouthguards that have been worn, fitted, boiled, bitten, moulded, or otherwise used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, please contact Fightlab as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the problem and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, repair, or refund. Fightlab will cover reasonable return shipping costs for items that are confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
Return shipping
For eligible change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying the return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service, as Fightlab cannot be responsible for items lost while being returned.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the return has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns. This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

Contact Fightlab using the contact details on our website before sending anything back. Include your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return. Please wait for return instructions before shipping the item.
