Fightlab ships orders within Thailand and to selected international destinations.

Order processing

Orders are usually processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Thailand delivery

Delivery within Thailand is estimated at 1–3 days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, weather, public holidays, and other circumstances outside Fightlab’s control.

International delivery

International delivery is estimated at 14–21 days after dispatch. International shipping availability, shipping charges, and estimated delivery times may vary by destination. Customs clearance may cause additional delays.

Duties, taxes, and customs charges

International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs charges, local taxes, or other fees charged by the destination country. These costs are not included in the product or shipping price unless checkout clearly states otherwise.

Tracking

Tracking information will be sent when it is available for your order. Some shipping services or destinations may not provide full tracking updates.

Delivery problems

Please make sure your delivery address and contact details are correct before completing your order. If your order is delayed, appears to be lost, or arrives damaged, contact Fightlab using the contact details on our website with your order number and any relevant photos or tracking information so we can investigate.
