Fightlab team up with Paul ‘Semtex’ Daley for the K-1 World Max Final

Posted on September 23 2014

K1 Max Paul Semtex Daily On October 11, 2014 the K-1 World Max Finals will be held in Pattaya, Thailand – something that all of us here at Fightlab are extremely excited about. Not only will it be the first time that a K-1 Max World Final is to be held in Thailand but it’s also going to mark the K-1 debut of Fightlab sponsored international MMA superstar and one punch knockout artist Paul ‘Semtex’ Daley. Pattaya’s Indoor Athletics Stadium is the venue where Daley will be looking to start his K-1 career with a bang and showcase his extremely powerful left hand. His opponent, Mohammad Ghaedibardeh, will no doubt be hoping that Daley leaves some of his MMA magic back at the Fightlab Villas, where he’ll be staying during his time in Thailand. We, however, know that Daley will be wanting to continue his outstanding four-fight winning streak with a victory over Ghaedibardeh and we’re confident that he’ll be proudly standing at the end of the fight adorned in his Fightlab gear. No stranger to Thailand, Daley is a regular visitor to Phuket, where he rigorously trains in between his fights to hone his explosive power. It’s no surprise then that Phuket has become an island synonymous with fitness and the natural choice for many world-class athletes. UFC fans will no doubt remember Daley’s hot-headed sucker punch attempt on Josh Koscheck at the end of their fight back in 2010 – which signalled his ultimate exit from the championship. But past is past and we’re looking ahead to Daley’s K-1 future and optimistically anticipating a long partnership between ourselves and the man nicknamed ‘Semtex’. As Thailand’s leading fight brand, we know that win or lose Daley will not fail to bring entertainment when he steps into the ring on October 11. Furthermore, our high-quality fight gear will perfectly complement Daley’s abilities and everyone will see why he is considered one of the most explosive athletes in all of combat sports today.
